Current Requirement is on the following areas related to Risk Analytics, Banking & Telecom domain.
ALM:
- Concepts of Cashflows, Asset and Liability Fundamentals.
- Basic concepts of knowledge of ALM regulatory reports like SLS, IRS, NSFR, LCR etc. (Optional but would be a strong point).
Market Risk:
- Concepts of Risk factors: Interest rates, Equity, FX etc.
- Basic knowledge of VaR, PFE, simulations (Historic, Monte-Carlo) (Optional but would be a strong point).
Additionally, we want candidates who are:
- Conversant with query building in SQL, SAS DI jobs, logic building.
- Sharp and easy grasping of concepts and logic for implementation.
- Should not be heavily dependent on online resource and material for building query and codes for implementation.

Technical and domain expertise- Expertise in Python/SAS plus SQL & advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques such as general linear model Job Responsibilities: Interface with clients to understand business problems and translate them into analytical problems that can be addressed by data analytics Develop & conceptualize sophisticated & innovative analytical solutions that integrate diverse information solutions and generate actionable insights Provide high-end consulting to clients to help them sharpen their business strategy by implementing analytical models that support the realization of business objectives Manage end to end project delivery with project teams and build client relationship Lead with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based solutions and insights for clients Support business development teams in preparing client pitches Build a team of skilled and motivated analysts/senior analysts to deliver large data-based projects to the financial services clients; outline goals, conduct the performance review and appraisal of the team and coach employees Experience: The overall experience 3+ years with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in running Advanced analytics projects Problem solving capability Expert-level proficiency in statistical/ML predictive techniques Expertise in R/Python/SAS plus SQL & advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques such as general linear model, decision trees, linear regression etc Good experience in Model validation, Model documentation, Statistical analysis. Knowledge of visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik is a plus Problem-solving, Project management, and communication skills & Creative thinking Knowledge of data conversion strategy, capturing data, creating source to target definitions for ETL/ data flow process, data quality, and database management Education: E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
Skills : big data, hadoop, tableau, etl, data warehouse, data integration, data mart, data management, data modeling, data modelling, business intelligence, visualization, power BI, Alteryx, tableau, qlik, hands on Job Description : – Assist the various business user in making faster and better-informed decisions by designing and developing a full-fledged BI solution to ensure the timely delivery of reports and dashboards. – Expertise with at least 2+ years of hands on experience in data warehousing & date mart, BI and Visualisation Tools. – Develop and implement procedures to extract data from other business systems – Design, implement and operate complete data warehouses – Plan flow of data between source systems, data warehouse and data mart – Build Data warehouse process models which includes sourcing, loading, transforming and extracting – Interact with end user to understand reporting in order to design the data warehouse/mart – Preparation of technical and functional documentation – Set standards in terms of organisation, structure, nomenclature for design of elements of data warehouse – Support and troubleshoot in case of issues Profile – 2+ years hands on experience in BI, ETL, Data warehousing, integration and management – Experience in data modelling in terms of conceptual, logical and physical model design – Worked on integrating data warehouse with enterprise solution and other diverse systems – Experiences in working with Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI and generating reports from the same
